- Founder of Creative Financial Staffing, partnering with 35 CPA firms worldwide to launch staffing businesses
- Helped launch Deloitte’s Resource Global (later Nasdaq-listed) and led Norrell’s professional staffing group through its merger with Spherion, each a $1 billion company
- Built Kforce (Romac)’s national contracting division to 30 offices ahead of its 1995 IPO
- Began his career as a top national producer at Robert Half
